12 fl oz can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a bright orangish yellow color. It is topped with a fleeting tan head.
Sweet and fruity aroma.
Really fruity flavor. I get some sweetness along with a little tartness.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
Pretty tasty beer. A little on the sweet side for me though.

Apricot in color, little to no head. Thicker consistency. Nose in a bit pungent and fruity. Taste is fruity as well with a slight bitterness. Good tart 'beer'. Abv is not evident.

The body of the beer is a hazy peach coloration. The aroma of the beer of the beer is lemony stone fruit with a bit of mustyness. The flavor hits plums right out the gate with a bit of acidic / funky bite. Low carbonation but this makes the beer seem creamy. I wouldnt know this was 9% except it says so on the can. Easy to drink. Very tasty.

Can courtesy of BigTimeADL.
Looks like mango juice with minimal white head that fizzles off.
Smells like plum, wine grapes.
Tastes like plum skins, apricot, white wine. No booziness, but some unpleasant astringency/metallic character.
Medium-thick and dry.
Overall: Taste is a letdown. Hiding 9+%is an accomplishment though. (I’m not even sure how yellow+green plums should taste though.

12 ounce can, canned on 11/12/20. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a cloudy gold color with not quite an inch white head. Head retention is good, and there's a small amount of lacing. The brew smells like plums, pear and apricot. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, with plum, pear, lemon, melon and earthy flavors. Nice and fruity with a decent amount of tartness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. Pretty sure this is the first Yellow and Green Plum sour I've had. Wasn't sure what to expect but overall I liked it, worth trying if you come across some.

Rife, rich and radiant, the limits of sour ale don't seem to exist. Brilliantly devised of yellow and green plums, a unique flavor comes with equally unique power. Nine-plus percent in alcohol seem to suggest that the R.O.I. on this session is high.
Peachy golden and pouring with a hazy visual density, Stabbur Stones layers a creamy off-white sheet upon the shoulder of the glass while swooning the nose with a fruity melange of orchard, vinous, cidery and stone fruits, with a hint of earth-worn woods and general cellar-like conditions. As the taste rolls onto the early palate, its does so with a creamy breadiness to suggest cobbler, pastry and cereal.
The middle palate recognizes the juiciness and uniqueness of the plum fruit upon contact. Highly recognizable as the orchard-grown stone fruit, the fruits share aspects of peach, apricot, grape, apple and melon. Underneath it all lies an undercurrent of acidity that supports the fruit with its own citrusy, winey and clean lactic sourness, leading to a tart and piquant finish.
Medium bodied for sour ale, the juiciness of the plum and the beer's natural struggle to attenuate such a high malt bill allows for a richness to extend into the finish with notions of sourdough and pastry lingering. A spicy after palate of fortified white wine teases the senses with its strength more and more as the session endures.
