Not as opaque as I expected, it actually looks like red Jell-O in the glass, made all the more Jell-O like by lacking any head. However, beware attempting a jiggle.

It's a cherry and vanilla combo, thick and juicy, but respectably dry and bitter (relatively), as well as plenty drinkable, as many of these "Midwest Tarts" are wont to be.

Ordered this one from Tavour, chilled and poured into an imperial pint glass.

Look: cherry red color with a slight opaque look, small pinkish creamy head that dissipated to nothing quickly leaving no head and no lacing
Smell: cherry forward with some red raspberry and blueberry earthiness with trailing and far reaching notes of vanilla, almost smells like a Kreik
Taste: taste follows the smell with cherries up front, sour notes mid palate with red raspberries, and trailing earthy notes of blueberries (not sure about blackberries though). The vanilla hangs on at the end and we got it in the trailing nose. There was no hop and no booze to speak of.
Feel: the sour makes this light to medium mouthfeel with a nice tickle of carbonation that hung around while it warmed

Super interesting fruit beer. It is labeled a fruit tart and that is exactly what we got. As I said above, almost like a Kriek with the cherry forward, followed by some light earthy notes and trailing vanilla. Super drinkable beer.

Cheers everyone!

Mixing machine delivers on a mix of cherries and berries. The color of the beer is a deep red coloration. The flavor and aroma are sweet. sour, and tart berries. This is an easy to drink medium bodied beer. The body is due to a thick amount of fruit. The beer drinks fantastically. The ABV is well hidden.

Can courtesy of BigTimeADL.
Looks like thick opaque cranberry juice with pink head that fizzles off. No lace.
Smells like musty berries. Cherries, Rhubarb pie.
Tastes like like muted berry water/juice. No booziness.
Thick and dry.
Overall: Taste is a letdown. Hiding 8% is an accomplishment though.

In an attempt to mix things up a bit, the berry laden Midwest fruit tart ale of Urban Artifact stirs the pot with copious amounts of cherries, blueberries, raspberries blackberries and vanilla.

Colors of maroon, rouge, rose and rust flow from the can as the beer builds a loose and slightly pink-stained froth. juicy aromas of those berries simply radiate from the nose along with hints of cider, wine and breadiness. Its slushie effects are both felt and tasted early on the palate with a strong suggestion of taffy, hard candy, sourdough and cobbler.

As the acidic ale splashes the middle palate, the radiance of that berry blend takes on fruit cocktail proportions, propped up by the natural lime, grapefruit, gooseberry, green apple and grape character of the underlying ale. Playful in its acidity, the beer trends tart and marginally sour in a clean, crisp and refreshing taste with a gentle drift of burlap against the palate late in taste.

Medium bodied and lightly creamy on the finish, the beer closes fruity, malty and tart. With an aftertaste of wine-centric sangria left on the tongue, the beer's juice box of flavor combinations is complete.
