This beer pours a deep copper hue with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with a fleeting head.
Nice sour aroma. Raspberries give it a bit of a sweetness. Vinous
Great sour flavor. I get some vinous flavors and some tart raspberry. Sourness lingers a bit.
Thinner bodied with a dry mouthfeel
Good sour. I believe it was bottled in 2018. The years have been kind.

I believe this was bottled in 2019 and drank in 2023
Look - burgandy brown with slight slight rimming
Smell and taste - Woody rasberry jam. That smell is fantastic
Feel - medium full body no real carb
Overall - I bet it was better fresh

Soooo good. Tons of raspberry. Almost, but not quite puckeringly sour. Love it.
