We're always on a quest to find new or interesting ingredients to test in our beers, and coconut cream fits that bill. Not often found in beer, it adds a richness that perfectly compliments the tartness of pineapple - smooth, tropical, beachbound.

16 ounce can, canned on 02/15/22. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a hazy yellow/gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like coconut cream and pineapple, along with a bit of bready malt. I think the taste is just like the aroma, with coconut cream, pineapple and a hint of bready malt flavors. To me I think the coconut cream is a little stronger in the aroma, and the pineapple is a little stronger in the taste. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. Overall I liked this brew, certainly worth trying if you like coconut cream and pineapple!
