For this beer, we took inspiration from one of our brewers' love for lemon-forward baked goods. Lemon, cardamom, toasted oats, cinnamon, and lactose swirl together to evoke the nuanced and delicate flavors of lemon cake or cookies.

16 ounce can, date is smudged but it looks like it says canned on 03/01/22. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy gold color with not quite an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like lemon, vanilla, cardamon, and bready/cakey malt. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some cinnamon. It does remind me of lemon cake/cookies, but this being sweet and tart tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one a lot, definitely recommended if you're into lemony tasting brews!
