Key Lime Salsa is one of our favorite experiments from the past several years; dip some tortilla chips in it or drink it, it's your choice. Bright acidity of Key limes infused with a savory blend of fresh roasted serrano peppers, green onion and black peppercorn.

16 ounce can, canned on 03/14/22. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy light gold color with not quite an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both OK. I like the aroma, the Serrano pepper hits me first along with sea salt, key lime and green onions. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some black pepper. As with the aroma, I think the Serrano pepper stands out compared to the other flavors without overpowering them. Starts off peppery and then the lime shows up more in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. The name fits the beer for sure, I liked it a lot!
