16 ounce can, canned on 04/18/22. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a somewhat hazy orange/amber color with about an inch or so off-white head that stayed around a while. Good amount of lacing. The brew smells like strawberry, red peppers, garlic, black peppercorn, vanilla and onion. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's the addition of some bready/grainy malt too. All the flavors mesh well here, no one flavor overpowers the others but I do think the pepper, garlic and strawberry stand out compared with the rest. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. If you like Urban Artifact's culinary inspired brews then you'll like this one too. I was a fan of it!
