We wanted to create a light, crisp, and refreshing tropical fruit cocktail. We eventually landed on a blend of pineapple and cherry, supported by the subtle, bitter kick of grapefruit zest. If there's a way to elevate the school cafeteria fruit cup, then this is it.

16 ounce can, looks like the stamp on the bottom says it was canned on 11/24/21 but the label says 2022 on it. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a somewhat hazy reddish/amber color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells mostly like cherry, along with some pineapple and grapefruit. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some bready malt and a generic citrus flavor. Cherry seems the strongest, but doesn't overwhelm the other flavors either. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth a try if you get the chance!
