A true celebration of one of the best condiments; salsa verde. Bright, citrusy tomatillos blend perfectly with lime, orange, and serrano peppers to get that classic savory kick. Just enough heat; grab some chips and dig in.

16 ounce can, canned on 05/06/22. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with not quite an inch white head that fizzled away quickly. Small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like lime, orange, tomatillos and some serrano peppers. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some bready malt and lemony citrus flavors. Wish there was a little more of a spicy kick but that's not really a complaint at all. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's coating and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good citrusy brew, glad I got a 4-pack of this one! Definitely worth trying if you like tomatillos and/or citrusy brews in general.
