The star of what is arguably the most popular pie, the pumpkin has been elevated from its simple squash beginnings to the holiday heavy hitter it is now. This beacon of fall offers a warm blanket of baking spice and comfort with each drink.

16 ounce can, canned on 10/18/22. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy dark gold color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head stuck around a little while but there isn't much lacing at all. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like pumpkin, pumpkin pie baking spices and oats. Taste is similar to the aroma, with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, tart citrus, bready malt/oatmeal, pumpkin and ginger flavors. Tastes like a tart, citrusy pumpkin pie if that makes sense, doesn't smell tart at all but there's certainly some tartness in the taste. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. Think I liked the way it smelled a little more than the flavor, but with that being said I thought it was still good overall. If you like pumpkin pies then pick this one up!
