Big, bold flavors are what we love most about Belgian quads, so it was only natural to pair this style with Plum; a fruit that compliments the yeast and lets those classic Belgian flavors shine.

Pours a blood orange color with a 1F head and moderate lacing.
Smells of slightly dank plum and citrus.
Tastes of plum , grapefruit and orange with a salty and slightly bitter alcohol warm finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Dry mouthfeel.
This is a dangerously drinkable lightly, fruity, tart and salty brew. I can't see why they call it a quad. Everything about that style seems absent. More like a weisse or fruit sour.
No problem. Whatever it is, it's delicious.

16 ounce can, canned on 12/14/22. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a murky light pinkish/orange color with about an inch or so off-white head that stuck around for a while. Good amount of lacing, too. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like plums along with some citrus, bready malt and earthiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some vanilla. I think the plum stands out in both the taste and aroma, nice and tart but with a nice kick of sweetness too! Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, think it's a lot more of a sour ale than a quad but I'm not complaining. Certainly worth trying if you get the chance!
