Big, bold flavors are what we love most about Belgian quads, and what better fruit to round out this big taste than the ever-so-flexible fig, which truly compliments and lets those classic Belgian flavors shine!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This unique little brew pours a murky golden pink grapefruit color with
a faint head of white foam that settles to a thin ring. Nose of fig, clove,
light allspice, and acidic elements dashed amongst the herbal notes. Flavors
lightly surpass the nose with fig, allspice, clove, pear, and tart apple dashed with
light apple cider vinegar nuances. Mouth feel is medium light, subtle zippy carbonation,
and a medium dry and lightly tart finish.
Overall, a unique brew from a very unique little brewery!
Cheers

16 ounce can, canned on 09/08/23. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a hazy pinkish/copper color with not quite an inch off-white pinkish head that didn't stay around for too long. Small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like figs, clove, citrus and bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some stone fruit and earthy flavors noticeable too. Not exactly a traditional quad here but I'm not complaining! Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. Doesn't have as much of a tart kick compared to their usual brews but I think it works here. Worth a try if you get the chance.
