Chime is an American Fruit Tart brewed with real orange and vanilla bean. Expect a burst of juicy orange citrus, followed by subtle hints of sweet vanilla.

The slightest of off white colored heads quickly fizzes away leaving no lacing... Color is a vibrant tangerine... A little bit of micro bubbles carbonation rises throughout.. As expected the nose highlights citrus and vanilla with just a touch of funk... Flavor profile is not quite as expected... The citrus and vanilla are present but buried beneath and u expected burnt peanut character... On the lighter side of medium bodied... Loaded with prickly carbonation... Decent at best... I've had better from Urban Artifact...

In a world of smoothies, be a drinker’s sour. Embracing the citrus and the cream, Urban Artifact remembers what they do best- sour sour ale.
Chime is such a beer as it pours with a moderately hazy golden-orange glow. As a sprite and bubbly head flows from rim to rim, the radiant scent of orange laced citrus and light cream bleeds seamlessly into a juicy and candied tangerine flavor backed by light bread, sourdough and sorbet.
The rise of acidity flows across the middle palate and tightens the taste into the refreshment of lime, lemon, crabapple, white wine and gooseberry. All wrapped in a cocoon of orange, the session takes on sour creamsicle properties. Soothed by a hint of vanilla, the session closes with sour orange and a strong waft of sourdough.
Medium bodied for sour ale but generally light overall, this non-smoothie fruited sour ale finally gives beer drinkers what they want- not diabetes!
