Think of this as liquid breakfast. The rich, caramel-malt backbone of a traditional Scotch Ale creates the perfect "toast" for a heavy dosing of strawberry "jam". It is malty, fruity, and deeply comforting - a savory-sweet experiment that hits the palate with unexpected nostalgia.

16 ounce can, canned on 12/17/25. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a hazy copper color with about an inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like caramel and strawberries, along with some bready malt. The taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some earthy, strawberry jam and a bit of a smoky flavor noticeable too. But like the aroma, I think the strawberry and caramel flavors stand out here. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, it's a nice spin on a Scotch Ale although I'd recommend this one more to people who like strawberries.
