Named after the street the brewpub is on, the K Street Stout was a great offering at the pub.
It came with a great big biege head. The bev was black, letting no light escape its smoky depths. Good lacing.
There was almost a ham-smell in the nose, but not in a bad way. A smoky-sweetness that makes the holiday-ham such a favorite.
Very smokey taste. The smoked meat theme caried over into the taste. like a good salmon or something.
The mouthfeel was creamy and the overall drinkability was good. A great beer to pair with a food.
