Pours a gorgeous white grape juice color with a white head that is gorgeous. The smell is strong of summer fruit apricots and peaches come to mind. Hints of buttery malts flow through as well. The taste is very syrupy, the malts are thick and rich and don't have the refreshing bitterness to cleanse the palet. Light/medium bodied in the mouth, a nice beer but very rich for a witbier.

Beautiful foggy straw colored "white" beer. The smell was quite nice to boot, with a sweet peachy scent.
When it comes time to aste it, you get the expected fruitiness and a little sweetness, but it is a bit bitter too. Fortunately, the bitterness clears of for a very fresh sweet/peachy aftertaste.
I wouldn't want to drink a lot of it, but it's a very tasty sampler.

Tasted this ale at Pyramid's Alehouse in Walnut Creek California. When poured from the tap, there was very little foam. The color was of a light golden hazy yellow. The smell of citrus fruit filled to nose with a nice fragrence aroma. The taste of coriander and orange was what first I experienced with the first sip. A well balance of fruit and hops with the hint of orange peel. The finish was just a little short for this Belgium Style Ale.
