Dark brown with plenty of foam. On tap at Pyramid's tasting room just south of Pioneer Square.
Hot and tangy. Hoppy and bitter but with a candied vegetable taste. Seems quite sweet after a few sips. also grainy, charred, and bitter. An unusual concoction to say the least for something that is claimed to be in the IPA realm.
