Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of spicy yeast notes with light fruity ester and sweet malt. Taste is also a mix between some sweet malt and some fruity ester with a spicy yeast finish. The re was some attenuation which is something that cannot be said for every American Triple. Body was about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very solid interpretation of the style.

Went to the Walnut Creek Brewhouse and was lucky enough to find this. Purchased a growler for just under $14. Nice deal.
Pours a crystal clear golden color and a huge frothy bright white head which slowly dissolves to a minor ring around the glass. Slight lacing. The aroma has a big fruity nose pleasing smell. Slight banana, orange and apple at the top. Light malt is also present. The taste is nice and spicy up front followed by a big fruit and malt swallow. Long finish. Mouthfeel is somewhat thin. Be warned the alcohol does hit pretty quickly. Overall I was pretty impressed with this offering. I love the fact Pyramid is experimenting with new brews and look forward to trying their new offerings.
