A light white beer of Belgian origin, we’ve brewed ours with chamomile, coriander, curacao (bitter orange peel), and sweet orange peel. All of the spices are added in the brew house in very small and subtle doses. Our Wit beer is light and crisp, with spicy flavors accentuated by fruity aromatics.

Pours a slightly murky light orange-yellow with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of grain, yeast, and slight spice aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer with some decent aromas and flavors but not something I would go for again.

A - Pours a cloudy golden-yellow color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of Belgian yeast, wheat, some banana, clove, pepper, and some lemon zest.
T - Starts off with some lemon zest with some sweet wheat. Through the middle some Belgian yeast comes through with some pepper and clove. The finish adds a bit of banana with some more pepper, some lemon zest, and some wheat.
M - Light bodied with moderate-plus carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and lightly peppery finish.
D - Very drinkable. Very crisp and refreshing but a bit thin and could have used a bit more flavor.
