Copenhagen 18/8 2021. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sdr. Boulevard, Kbh. V. Murky, purple and brown can with white letters. Like a muddy water painting.
Pours opaque, hazy orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweetness where tropical fruit meets hints of turpentine. Lighter whiff of citrus fruits. Mango, papaya. Lightly fermented. Citrus and lime peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone dry.
Fine, citric and a bit sharp DIPA.
