Collaboration with Cloudwater Brew Co.
We brewed 3 beers for our 4th Birthday. This is the first, a Pale Ale with our friends at Cloudwater. We used our favourite hop combination, a 16 g/l dry hop of Mosaic & Citra and used Cloudwater’s guidance to help push our water to the maximum. #morebody

Pours a hazy yellow with low, fine head.
Smell is sweet and fruity with notes of pineapple, oranges and grass.
Taste is fruity with notes of pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit. Nice, moderate bitterness, and very refreshing.
Mouthfeel ithin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, sessionable APA, nice and refreshing.
