This pilsner is elegant and crisp. A perfect accompaniment to food, it boasts a subtly bitter aroma. Select hops from the region make this beer a refreshing Black Forest experience, just as it should be.

Copenhagen 6/4 2017. 50 cl bottle from Mad & Vin. Thirsty lion with a lot of gold and Gothic writing on the label.
Pours clear yellow with bubbly white head. Settles as thin layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is lightly sweet and malty. Sourish tinge. Pale malts, bread and straws.
Fairly strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly more pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering.
Decent but generic German Pilsener.
