Pours a nice gold colour on the darker side. Nice head and lacing. The smell is bitter. The taste hides the alcohol quite well considering it’s content. Hoppy, tropical, floral. One of the better IIPAs I’ve had in a while

Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of citrusy malt with malt notes is enjoyable with some bitter notes that can de distinguish. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops notes with light resinous notes with some caramelized malt and some residuals sugar notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable thought a bit more old-school that what I now seek in IIPA.

Purchased at the brewery for just over $3.00 for a 473ml can. Served at 6deg C in a draught glass.
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that lasts for a minute or two before film out. Dark gold colour and filtered clear.
S- Nobel hops a plenty
T- Malty good. Has a fair amount of noble hops that come through well. Has a good malt to hop balance I like. Not overpowering at all.
M- Rather creamy
O- Pretty good little brew. No heat nothing overpowering. Just a well blended brew.
Food Pairing
This pretty good brew went well with..... Fish and chips! The malt and hops go well with fried foods
Enjoy
