1/2 Ton: V1: Double IPA 56’s version of a double IPA to mark our one year anniversary. It is a hop forward and citrusy brew. Made with a variety of hops and then dry hopped with cascade and simcoe to showcase their aroma, this beer is sweet and fruity with a lingering bitterness. Grapefruit peel is also dry-added in the fermenter to add even more citrus flavor. Just in time for spring, this beer is truly a specialty.
