L: pours auburn with a slight haze permeated with streams of moderately fast rising bubbles under a lacy 1/2" cream to light tan cap with good retention
S: citrus, tropical fruit, dank melon, faint onion, biscuit and caramel
T: Tropical fruit and melon with light caramel to honey sweetness start the flavors and lead to a pithy, assertive bitterness with some grapefruit rind and berry bitterness and a slight tannin note
F: very creamy with fine soft carbonation and a medium body. There are no hot or harsh alcohol flavors.
O: This is a big bold beer with a mixed drink level of bitterness
