16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky straw color with a thick, fluffy head. Fruity aroma, equal parts tropical and citrus. Taste turns over to floral, notes of citrus peel, soft bitterness, dries out at the finish.

1L growler poured into a globe.
A: Sunny-colored. Very hazy. Head retention is decent, but settles after a short time. Sheets of lacing.
S: Strong whiff of strawberries and kiwi. Melon rind. Sweet bud. Honeydew molon. Perhaps some pineapple and tangerine. Doughy malt scents underneath.
T: Melon rind and kiwi up front. Dank, sweet bud. Hints of strawberries. Tangerine. Peachy. Yeast. Doughy and crackery malt base. Almost a sense of hop-derived tartness too, but very slight. Like biting into the white part of the watermelon rind. Little to no bitterness. Finishes with all those wonderful exotic and tropical hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied. Round and full with a soft and chewy texture. Moderately carbonated.
O: Very much in the vein of the 'New England' style pales and IPAs that are so popular these days. A little rough and unfiltered to preserve the dry hopping as much as possible. This beer is driven almost entirely by this brand spankin' new Wai-iti hop strain from New Zealand. It's a hell of a hop too. It has everything you love about mosaic and then some. Almost no bitterness, so it must be very low alpha. Hopefully they can lock in a contract and source more of this hop, because it's a great one that's completely under the radar right now.

Big hazy orange in color. Definitely "new england style" if such a thing exists. Aroma is very fruit forward, as is the flavor. Pineapple, melon, slightly dank. But the star is the feel, which is super chewy, silky and hugely substantial for the abv. Great beer.

Fantastic APA, featuring a new hop from New Zealand, Wai Iti. Pours a super murky, straw yellow color. Big aromas of peach, citrus. Taste follows suit with the same flavors, finishes dry, with a soft bitterness and a touch of yeast. Soft and silky mouthfeel, and incredibly chewy for a 5.7% beer. Hard to put down. I threw back three glasses before I knew it. Absolutely incredible flavor for the ABV. It could probably beat out many of my favorite pale ales. Fantastic.
