Had this on tap at Seymour in Greenfield. The beer poured with a little murky copper appearance and a medium sized white head. Aromas were very flowery with a little bit of a sweet butter in the smell. The beer was bitter, but it had a buttery after taste that was similar to its aroma. This was a very well carbonated beer, making it incredibly refreshing. Overall, I thought the mouthfeel was the best quality to this beer.

Well integrated, round, smooth and full bodied. A hearty relatively easy drinking saison with a fertile finish.

Poured from a fresh growler into the pint glass
A - Slightly hazy deep straw color, refined carbonation wanders toward the surface. A ring of white without a cap clings to the glass
S - A bit of barn dust, grain bag shaken out, some honey, and oat. Delightfully elegant
T - Autumn grain, some clover, Belgian yeast ester, Notes citrus are faint, main thread is grains and yeast, both in perfect proportion.
M - Light to medium light body, smooth on the palate, semi sweet start quickly shift toward a delicate dry finish.
O - What a wonderful spring offering, dusty and still vibrant, with an exceptional finish

From a 1L growler, filled at the brewery yesterday. Served in a tulip.
Pours a mildly hazed, happy, sunshiney golden-yellow with a scant finger of snow-white suds. The brewer's photo on Twitter is much prettier - I couldn't get mine to look like that, try as I might. Retention was just so-so but left a nice ring around the glass.
Smells of sharp, farmhouse yeast, lemon and fresh-cut pine board, earthy mushrooms and spices.
Taste is smooth caramel malts, a light barnyard funk and lots of peppery spice. Overripe fruit, peach skins, lemony citrus, tobacco and bitter herbs, a little astringent. Ends with bretty yeast in the sinuses and a mellow, boozy warmth in the gullet.
Mouthfeel is medium-hefty for a bière de Mars, I think, cheerfully effervescent but a little too thick and soapy to pass as crisp and refreshing.
Overall, a tasty, Americanized take on a bière de Mars. This is no simple rustic farmhouse ale. Well worth a try.
