No can date, just a smudged code
Pours a foamy frothy almost 2 finger head with fair retention, a bit rocky, whisps of lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed golden straw color

Nose brings some doughy malt, cereal grain, straw, then fruity hops, lemony citrus and floral, generic fruity notes almost like fruity cereal for kids

Taste comes right back with the fruity cereal, again like kid's cereal with the artificial fruity flavors, and cereal, a bit of doughy malt, straw, lemony and a touch tangy, hops also get floral and a touch spicy, dry finish with higher spicy hop bitterness

Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb, soft lager like

Overall meh, not really a Helles, way too aggressive on the hops with bitterness of a pilsner, a lot of fruity flavors that don't belong, not as malt-forward as I would have expected either, this is more like an Americanized-German pilsner or something

Murky golden body with a finger of white foam and thick lacing. Aromas of fresh white bread, honey, grass hops, and german yeast with slight paleness. Taste is much the same, but has some biscuit and lemon zest to it. Feel is bready, light yet full on the palate. Overall it is paler and slightly more grassy than most helles, honey and bready tones are very nice. Great porch drinker, paired well with burnt ends dip

Had this on tap at Seymour in Greenfield. The beer was a little bit murky, golden appearance with a very bubbly head and thick lacing. Aromas had a hint of earthy, almost metallic, floral hops. The taste followed the nose but with some refreshingly hoppy grapefruit flavors. The beer was incredibly carbonated, giving it a crisp and refreshing body. Overall, this was a pretty awesome drink, especially with its mouthfeel.

Enjoyed on draft today at the brewery, .5liter pour into a big ole mug
A - Bright straw color, gently carbonated with a full 1.5" cap of tight knit snow white froth.
S - Bread notes, noble hop adds floral element including cut grass, a bit of lemongrass and kiss of mint
T - Follows the nose, floor swept malts, then a bit of biscuit with a touch of orange jam spread.
M - A light touch, gentle carbonation cleans up nicely.Medium in body and excellent water construct.
O - Another well crafted offering from Brick And Feather, the brewer demonstrates true craft with this offering.
The water profile, gentle use of the appropriate hops and the refined carbonation are exceptional.
