16 oz can.
Pours a cloudy yellow gold color with a significant fluffy white head. Pretty good retention. Leaves plenty of sticky cobwebs before settling into a sudsy cap.
Aroma is very grassy and floral. Some lemon zest, cereal grains, cracked pepper, and honey bread. Musty and subtly earthy.
Taste has lots of citrus, crackery malt, honey, pepper, grass, damp hay, and spicy hops.
Creamy, effervescent body. Dry finish. Absurdly drinkable.
Overall this is a great German pils that's loaded with flavor and drinkability.

Canned 054, assuming 54th day of the year as Feb 23rd
Pours a bubbly almost 1 finger head with med to lower retention, no real lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed pale straw color
Nose brings cereal grainy-sweet pilsner malt, a bit doughy, a little corn, light floral hops with a hint of citrus
Taste brings hops up front, floral and herbal noble-like, a hint of citrus again, med to lighter bitterness up front, then more of the malts, grainy-sweet bready cereal malt, pilsner malt, with some bread dough, hint of corn, soft lager, med drier finish with a bit of spicy hop bitterness lingering
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med carb, soft lager
Overall pretty nice, good lagering, nice hop profile, good malts, generally a nice beer

From a 32oz growler, filled at the brewery earlier today. Served in a Brick & Feather-branded Pilsner glass because proper glassware.
Pours a mildly hazed unfiltered pale straw-yellow with two-plus fingers of whipped froth. Retention is very good, leaving a thick, foamy, solid curtain of lacing.
Sweet nutty aroma, grassy, dried leaves, some peppery spice, but sweet.
Taste is sweet and nutty as well, with a creamy character, almost verging on ice cream-like. Sweet grassy hay, chamomile flowers and a hint of fuzzy peach skin.
Feel is thick and creamy, doughy smooth, medium-hefty bodied with ample, gentle carbonation.
Overall, a delicious break from my usual strict diet of NEIPA’s. This might have been a little heftier bodied relative to the style than expected but no complaints from me.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated 5/16/20 ( 2 weeks) into the tall pilsner glass.
A - Bright yellow color, excellent clarity. Classic lager carbonation, the steady easy going spheres rise.
S - Pilsner malt, some nice biscuit, herbal hops, with a hint of grassy note
T - Excellent grain display, fresh rising dough, crisp malt, a bit of lemon, and spicy noble Saaz maybe
M - Light to medium in body, the experience is dry , crisp, finish has a nod to the grains. and snap its gone, leaving just enough hop impact to balance.
O - A very good offering from a talented brewer, clear in description and right on target.
