Light straw color with a 4F head.
Brett aroma is not strong.
MF and body is on the light side.
The flavor and Brett presence comes in as the beer warms up.
Strong Brett- but not over the top.
This works well in’s a Farmhouse Ale.

Bottled May 2021
Pours a foamy frothy bubbly almost 2 finger head with good retention, fair soapy lacing, crystal clear light honey blonde color
Nose is great, like a blend of Brett B and C, mild farmhouse saison and barnyard earthy funk, but that is overpowered by big tropical fruits, tart funk notes, but lots of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, etc... hint of sweet malt, blond grainy malt
Taste brings more of the Brett C out front, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, papaya, guava, some citrus, behind that some generic Brett funk but not a huge barnyard funk like I was expecting, some farmhouse saison earthy spices and grainy malt, a bit of sweet blonde malt, straw, grass, lemongrass as well, mild bitterness, mild floral lemony hops, dry finish with a touch of tart flemmy note
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb, touch of tartness
Overall a nice Brett beer, pretty much mostly Brett C, not sure if even any B in there or there is a touch of B in the background barnyard funk, but generally a great beer
