A multi-grain Pale Ale, focusing the flavors and textures of malted oats, complimented by some flaked wheat. The adjuncts lend a soft and silky mouthfeel, with the slightest bit of pleasant graininess. Molly blended locally grown "Chaos" hops from our friends at Four Star Farms with Oregon grown Chinook & CTZ hops. Wonderful fruity and herbal aromatics, with a clean bitterness that separates this one from our standard hop-forward ales.

I probably should have drank it when I got it, it would have been a lot fresher. Dark orange/light tan hues, light head and lacing. Herbal and mildly dank hop scents, slightly citrusy. Taste is similar, a bit stronger, bit of a tanginess. Light to medium bodied, crisp, easy sipper.

Mostly cloudy, dull orange body; thick, rocky, creamy, white head. Orange creamsicle aroma; a touch of cereal grain; wondrous citrus note, light mandarin orange note; pineapple and other tropical fruits. Excellent citrus flavors; grapefruit; light baked bread notes; moderate bitterness. Medium-heavy body; mildly citric; juicy with a touch of dryness; soft sweetness.
I can't quite put my finger on this one, but it is a very enjoyable beer. It exudes a sublime, unassuming balance and complexity. Simple and wonderful, all in one package.
