Canned 2024/05/10
Pours a frothy semi creamy 1 finger head with moderate retention and a bit of messy lacing mostly clear pale golden straw color
Nose grainy cereal pilsner malt up front, straw, just a touch doughy and corn notes, light herbal floral hops
Taste brings more of the pilsner malts, cereal malt, straw, a touch of bread dough, an almost lemony note into floral mild spicy hop notes with med-light bitterness, fairly dry crisp finish with med spicy hop bitterness and touch of water minerals to help the crispness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, semi crisp, med to a bit lighter carb
Overall pretty nice, I would call this a German/Bavarian pils, would have liked a bit more on the pilsner malt and bitterness up front but that's more personal preference as this was within style

Poured from a 16 oz can dated 4/3/23 so 7 days prior to tasting
A - Excellent clarity, golden straw color, gentle carbonation is mesmerizing. A lovely white cap sticks around for some time.
S - Fresh baked baguette, toasted cracker, spring meadow floral
T - Lightly toasted grains, again lovely woodsy hops, a slight hint of lemon peel
M - Crisp, medium in body, excellent dry finish.
O - A very good "Bavarian-Style Pilsner" Crisp, bright, flavorful
