From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid milk stout pours a
dark black with thin dark cola highlights, and a nice head of
off white khaki foam that settles to a thick ring, thin wafting
layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of dark chocolate,
cola, cream, brulee, and char. Flavors lightly exceed the nose
by presentation of dark chocolate, cream, brulee, char, a hint of
smoke, and dark coffee touches. Nice mouth feel; full body, smooth,
coating, subtle carbonation that is soft, and a sweet yet balanced
bitter malt and char laced sweet creamed finish.
Overall, an excellent brew from a solid brewery
Cheers
