An IPA made with cacao nibs, cinnamon, cayenne powder and lactose. A creamy, slightly sweet mouthfeel gives way to hints of chocolate, finishing with cinnamon and cayenne heat.

Pours into a standard pint a slightly hazed burnt orange infused golden with a great looking full finger billowing slight off white head atop.Juicy tangerine really pops out at ya in the nose, very juicy, ever so slight cayenne heat is detected as well.Starts out with the tangerine/citrus element upfront on the palate followed by a dryer unsweetened chocolate note, finish with a lingering cayenne burn in the finish. The lactose gives the body a smoothness and a light amount of sweetness.A really nice imaginative brew,a joy to drink.

Very interesting beer and concept. Pours hazy orange with about a finger of white head that fades and leaves some big gobs of lacing behind. The smell is awesome with grapefruit, orange, cocoa powder, cinnamon and cayenne. It isn't as sweet as I thought it would be with the added lactose which is fine. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Lots of grapefruit and pith gives way to sweeter oranges then the cocoa and cinnamon appear. The end is bitter with a great heat. I g=have to say I almost didn't buy this but I am glad I did. It is quite tasty.
