A: Clear light goldencolor with a nice head that fades quickly to good lacing.

S: Mild clean aroma with a hint of citrus.

T: Nice light taste of citrus, crisp and refreshing. Nice clean finish.

F: Fairly light body with good carbonation, quite smooth.

D: Nicely balanced and goes down easy. Much better than I expected.

On tap- Tapped a golden liquid with a one finger short lived head. Pale malts and grains fill the nose, and lead into grass and a similar apple aroma that I found in the cask offering. Taste is of sweet grains and pale malts with only the slightest hop coming through, giving way to some biscuit. Finishes a bit thin and seems to be more of a pale lager than the cream ales I have sampled in the past (eg. McAuslan Cream Ale). I've heard they are going to start selling this one through the LCBO somehow, and I have to wonder why.

Is this a wheat beer? Acidic cidery with wheat aroma. Lagery and sour. Thin mouthfeel. SIgnificant malt thrown in to counter. Least liked of their product lneup.Light colour. No cream. Their very first offering, made for 20 years. But why serve it now?

Pours to a yellow straw color with a big white head on top. It will die a bit quickly. Aromas of citrus hit the nose, while malts are a bit more subtle.

A lightly hopped brew that is very crisp. Grains dominate with a very bready flavor. The hops are mild but provide balance. Citrus notes add character and a refreshing quality. A good drinker. The flavor is a bit lacking compared to other brews from Kingston, but it is still a good one.

This cream ale pours a light golden colour and very clear, the head is limited but it does offer exceptional glass cling..
The body is full and the malts win out over the hops on this one even though they are clearly evident. Very high carbonation completes the picture.
Highly recomended..
