It's Lager spelled backwards. And Regal it certainly is. The colouration is good, a dark gold, with about a fingers breadth of head that dissipates at a moderate rate. Taste is bold, but inoffensive.
Everything a good lager should be with none of the nonsense.

This is an awesome lager it reminded me of England. Everything about this brewpub was great. I tried almost everything I could while I was there and was impressed. It was great ordered as a lager and lime.

Appearance- Clean amber.

Smell- A little better than average but not strong.

Taste- It was crisp and refreshing.

Mouthfeel- Equal bodied.

Drinkability- Smooth, after one you are ready for the next.

Clear amber witha moderate head and some lace.

Soapy nose (again) which, I agree, seems to be the nature of the beast at this place. Somewhat off putting and not what you want as your first impression of your beer.

Thin-bodied and slightly tart up front. Some hops present, but overall a limp effort.

Unremarkable.

It's a pils. Light mouthfeel, subdued carbonation, light mouthfeel almost watery. The only aroma is the soap not fully rinsed out of the glass. That's what they seem to like down here. Nevertheless, decent bitterness and well malted. Lace in the glass.

This lager from the local brewpub arrived a dark golden hue and just a little murky. Crown was thin but a nice island lace was visable during the entire consumption of this brew.
The nose was crisp and clean, The taste was initially of the malts but ended with a minor bitter finish.
I liked it and plan on quaffing a few more of these little critters on my next visit.
Recomended.
