A: Clear light-yellow color with a fluffy head of white foam that didn't have a true retention, but remained somewhat present. No lacing, and a medium to medium high level of carbonation.

S: Light aromas of grass and hay, with mixed notes of malt and grain. Minimal hop. Not offensive, yet not special either.

T: Middle of the road light lager flavoring; mild caramel malt with minimal hops and slight grainy flavors. Some afterthoughts of granny smith apples and hay. For a light lager, it's done properly, which is nice to see.

M: Average. Some bubbly carbonation noted on the palate, but otherwise this was light and refreshing in an inexpensive lager sort of fashion.

D: Pretty good. For the price, i'd look to this for a summer thirst quencher.

Notes: Special thanks to biegaman for the sample.

For those who want a good light micro brew, this is the ale for you compliments of The Kingston Brewing Company.
This offering is very light in colour, a very mild golden hue.
The head, or in this case the crown, is a sight to behold. Three fingers high and creamy rich and lingering.
As this "light" was consumed a frothy glass cling also became evident.
Prettiest "light" I have ever seen IMHO.
The body was crystal clear and the carbonation was light from the body.
Slight floral scent.
Taste was fairly well balanced with no lingering.....the only drawback to this ale was the typical "light" weakness of taste.
