Pale amber copper colour, one finger of off white head with some lace. Smell is a mix of toasted grains and floral hops, some fruity points as well, mix of citrus and caramel malt. Taste follows the nose, earth and fruity hops, toasted caramel malt, clean finish. Light carbonation, medium bodied. Nice although simple in execution, a bit of a throwback to the early-mid 2000's pale ales coming out of Ontario that are a mix of English and American pale ale.
