Our West Coast IPA is a full bodied beer with a hard hitting hop aroma of Grapefruit and Orange with a whisper of earthiness. The complex malt profile is comprised of clean caramel and grainy malt notes that complement the aggressive hop bitterness that leaves this beer well balanced in the finish.

Met one of the two bald guys at the Backwash festival 5 years ago. Small world being what it is, they gave me a case to bring out to a guy I work with that they knew, and of course, two bottles for my troubles.
1st review of this beer on BA. Pours a light amber like color, 1/2" white head. Very attractive, good clarity for not being a big brewery. Aroma imparts the classic C hops recipe, grapefruit rind, pine, plus a little bit of a caramel kick just in the right proportion.
Taste is kind of that industry standard ipa with C hops. What they did better than your average one, is they found the right amount of crystal malt for it to be helpful but not extra or thick. Basically that SNPA range. Easy banger, sensible bitterness, good job of giving a hop kick of what tastes like Cascade, Centennial and Chinook without getting into ibu wars, caramel wars or too much alcohol (or not enough). Carbonation on point.
Now they just need a better format than 22oz bottles. Would buy a 4 or 6 pack again for sure.
