Served cool from 330ml bottle into American nonic pint glass. This appears to be a session-strength IPA. Bottled on 7th December, so less than 3 weeks old.
L) Light yellow, very cloudy, very fizzy. Thick white fluffy head.
S) Big whack of Galaxy hops, incorporating ripe pear odour and hints of lemon and grapefruit.
T) Follows the nose, galaxy hops there, the watery ABV is noticeable but unavoidable I guess. Not a lot of bitterness, which is fine by me. A pleasant sourness in there too.
F) Light mouthfeel, pleasantly fizzy and no bitter aftertaste. The sessionable notion is successful; you could keep gulping away at this one.
O) Really happy with this one, my gripe is that it comes in a 330ml bottle, so at 3.9% it is expensive for what it is.
