Bottle thanks to Colin. Light Golden with soft bubbly head. Beautiful fruity smell, light hop notes. Taste comes in a lot fuller, citrus, lemons, fresh bread, Wonderful feel too. Hard to believe this is a double.

Whack of tart, caramel, some passionfruit, pine, and grapefruit rind. 4

Past its best. Sweet honey oxidation - a November canning date (i.e. ~4 months.) Simcoe is last hop standing. Opens into some juice, but finishes sharp. A shadow of itself. 3.75

Pours an almost clear orange with a decent sized, long staying white head.
Smells of ripe oranges, papaya and refreshing lemon pulp. Blueberry bush and cake malts add to this foundation, together with a white bread quality.
Has a supersoft, lower, but well fitting carbonation, complimenting to the bigger, malty body of this.
The taste, just as the nose, is a sweeter take on the style, by providing lusciously ripe exotic fruits, which get amped up by toffee sweet malts. Blood oranges, papaya and passion fruit find a balancing antagonist in crisp lemon, which get completely washed away during the finish by more toffee.
Very well focussed, not overly complex, but convincing for its tropical fruitiness which then gets gently wrapped up by the malts.
