Slightly hazy golden sunshine with crusty film. 4
Dried pineapple, grass, dried papaya. 4.25
Shortbread and honey then a ton of mango, candied lemon peel, peach and grass. 4.25
Gentle sorbet end.
Light, crisp, slight oil. 4
Wai-iti and Kazbek
Juicy nose open into lemon zest redux. Wai-iti is a Noble descendant so the gentle flavors fit. On target for a session IPA, especially a New England-ish one. 4.25
