To celebrate the annual winter harvest, we zested and juiced 283kg of Marrakesh's finest Bergamot lemons. Added after fermentation to preserve their delicate flavour, the Bergamots have imparted their unique, fresh, fragrant, and floral flavours to this fruit forward kettle sour.

Good bergamot presence in the smell and taste. Appart from that a big malt presence and small tartness. It's an alright beer but it's a bit one-way. Cloudwater is definitely better with their IPA

440 ml can, Brewer's Droop, Bristol - Pours light cloudy golden with a thin white foamy head which quickly dissipates. Medium carbonation. Aroma - light citrus notes, floral overtones. Taste - light citrus, floral, sour/tart, light crisp bitter finish. Very refreshing citrus/floral sour.
