CAN
Milky straw blonde with loose clingy white froth. 4
Grapefruit, soapy coriander leaf, and some fresh scallions. 4.25
Lemon cookie dough, some barley water, white grapefruit juice, slight lychee, ragweed, lime rind, light white pine, and Pinot Grigio. Orange shaved ice as it warms. 4
Fizzy sherbet linger.
Light, crisp, smooth. 3.75
Citra, Mosaic, Chinook, Comet
19.4.17 canning date, so just over a month old. Nobody here is having their best day: wheat is not saving the thin body, Vermont Ale is bringing no peach, Mosaic’s got more onion than blueberry, and Chinook + Comet especially are showing some nettley rough bitterness. It does get some tangerine-and-papaya Vitamin water type thing as it opens, but that’s as far as she goes. Sessionable, but not what a session IPA (or New England IPA) should be about. 3.75

Superb beer. The kind you could drink pints and pints of, if you could afford it. Really pungent floral and citrus characters. Crisp yeast and biscuity malts, with a surprisingly soft body.
