CAN
Milky lemon with puffy, clingy head. 4.25
Lemongrass, kronik, and lemon verbena nose. 4.25
Simple cracker, grapefruit, berry, melon, peach cobbler, and lime curd. 4.25
Long blueberry and honeydew linger.
Light, snappy, oily. 4
Citra + Mosaic
Canned Sept. 18; halfway into its 5th week alive. Lager malts make this a bit too light, but it’s got a nice blueberry crumble thing going on. Darker, danker, fruitier and heavier than TACO, and ultimately the better built beer. Scratches that ganga itch, but take it slow. 4.25
If I’m guessing the difference between the pair is the hop balance, than Cat is the one with more Mosaic.
Edit: Cat’s US hops came through the UK supply chain; I could see that - there’s a brightness missing.
At 2 yo: Faded, but good structure underneath. Oily citrus, but missing top notes, and odd sweetness. Fatal but not serious.

Very nice neipa. Hazy yellow nice white head.
Soft but powerful hops. Very fruity with mango, guava, grass. Bready notes. Very smooth juicy mouthfeel.

Really hazy peach color with off-white head. Aroma is really juicy, dank and grassy with some melon, guava and overripe apricot sweetness. Taste has sweet tropical fruits, melon, passionfruit, grassy and dank hops, awesome hop profile overall. Light bitterness on the finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Awesome IPA with a great hop profile.
