Collaboration with Lervig
Brewed with our good friends from Lervig Aktiebryggeri in Norway, this full bodied Imperial Stout was made with 125 kg of sour cherry juice concentrate, 125 kg of sweet cherry juice concentrate, and 5 kg of ground Tonka beans. Please enjoy before Spring 2018 - a barrel aged release that’s good for cellaring is coming soon.
Adjuncts: Sweet Cherry Juice, Sour Cherry Juice, Tonka Beans
Aroma Hops: Saaz
Bittering Hops: Pilgrim Alpha CO2 Extract
Malts: Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, T50, Chocolate Malt, Munich Malt, DRC, Roasted Barley, Pale Chocolate Malt
Yeast: A38
