Hazy dirty blonde; papaya, lemon zest, and slight dank; shortbread, then tangerine, passion fruit sorbet, touches of onion + berry, some apricot, and zesty linger; soft.

Understated to a fault. Mosaic in the recipe but not the name; it plays X factor by bringing some scallion. Gets nuance as it goes but - by its own admission (12g/L dry hopping) - it’s gentle.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soapy foam.
Smell is citrusy with some dank notes, grass and pineapple.
Taste is solidly bitter with some earthy, grassy citrus notes. Pretty refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, very soft and pillowy, and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice IPA, as always from Cloudwater.

Hazy yellow color with off-white head. Aroma has fruity and grassy hop notes, also a bit oniony and dank. Taste is also really hoppy with nice grassy, citrusy and also herbal notes. Medium grassy/leafy bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, quite smooth on the palate. Another great IPA from Cloudwater.
