This IPL features a 12g/L dry hop charge of new season Cashmere. We used a flavoursome, traditional, continental Pilsner malt to complement the clean yeast presentation of the Bock yeast. 6% ABV

Pint can from Colin. Medium golden, bright, lasting foamy head. Aroma is tropical, citrus, floral. Taste brings in some of the grain bill, reminding you that this is a lager. Tangy, biting bitterness lingers on the palate.

Pours a hazy orange with thick, soft head.
Smell is crisp and bready with some mineral and floral hops.
Taste is floral and citrusy with crisp malt notes and a fairly powerful bitterness. Clean and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very good, clean IPL.
