CAN
Milky tan; grapefruit peel + lemon verbena; country loaf, some dried tangerine rind, lemon zest, shades of papaya, and grassy end; soft.
Citra, Chinook, Ahtanum, Mosaic; 16g/l dry hopping

Not sure why Chinook is on the label; as far as I can tell, this is all Citra - lemon + herb over any pine or floral. I suppose this is a pale ale, so 16g/l making some gentler notes is in style. I’d probably be blown away if it came from a different brewery, but be that as it may, I’m just having trouble getting excited about this.

Really hazy yellow color with a bit of off-white head. Aroma has intense citrus and herbal hop notes. Taste follows with citrus fruits but also some weird dirty rag off-taste and light aspirin. It fades quickly but spoils the overall experience. Medium body and carbonation with medium bitterness on the finish and light hop burn.

Poured into a crafty craft can
pours a full on cloudy straw coloured body with big foaming head with much much retention
lime, pineapple & semolina aroma
all that in the flavour with a slight, sulphurous bitter finish
