Collaboration with Boundary Brewing
This DIPA, brewed with our pals Boundary Brewing, was dry-hopped in two stages - using resinous Cryo hops during fermentation and a charge of Citra BBC after - to pack plenty of lush stone fruit, tangerine and melon flavours.

Very Cloudwater nose. Starts quiet but opens into aspects. Not the usual Citra/Simcoe marriage - is that the Ekuanot making things interesting? Above par, even for CW.

Poured on-tap a slightly hazy darkish orange under a half-inch thick white head which leaves splotches of lace. Aroma is faintly citrusy, with tropical and stone fruits. Flavor is muted with a bit of malty grain. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes soft. Liked the DDH Citra BBC better.
